I purchased this site back in march and havent put any work into it other than setting up wordpress and installing a template.
To my suprise it has a PR2 and gets 100 uniques a month without any content other than just the domain name.

If someone who had the time and resources to input content i think it would spider quickly without going through any sandbox due to the sites aged domain.
