I am considering selling a web site of mine. Times are getting tougher and I dont use this site to much. The site is www.mypcmod.com

- About 70-100 uniques/day.
- Most hits from google.
- The theme and mascot are custom made. Have the originals of both.
- The script was custom made and includes a back end admin to manage posts/users/etc.
- I don't get too much revenue off of the site currently maybe $20/month depending. It could be optimized much better.
- Has a legal/valid vBulletin license.
- Site uses php/mysql.
- The site gets new users to post etc without my intervention. As you can see I don't update it much. The site is VERY neatly coded and is mostly setup using style sheets.
- It has some pretty good Google results. Example: "pc mods"
- Im hearing offers from $800 and up.
- Will decide by New Years Day.
