I hate to sell this one it's been a great project for me this year, but I'm finally making my first home purchase and the hidden expenses just keep popping up as I get closer and closer to the closing date.

This site has earned a consistent $300 a mth for the past several months. The earnings are a combination of Affiliate income via CJ.com and Partner2profit.com as well as with google adsense. Hydroderm is an anti aging company that offers skin care products for the face, eyes, and body. This site provides leads for Free Trials for the product via hydroderms affiliate program. hydroderm runs their own affiliate program through the partner2profit site as well as with CJ.com. I have optimized the layout and content on the site as to maximize the number of leads I generate. There are screen shots below of my accounts at both places showing commissions for the year. You'll not for CJ one of the creative banners I have placed on the site was accidently setup underneath another site of mine the Hosting hound. You'll see what I mean in the screen shot, the income was generated via this site, not hosting hound.

Screen shots are also available for the monthly traffic numbers, along with this months refferer stats so you can get a feel for how people are finding the site.

All traffic comes from organic search nothing is from PPC or paid links.

As mentioned I use 3 revenue sources, Commission Junction, Partner 2 Profit, and Adsense. For the first couple of months I wasn't using Commission Junction, but added it into the mix to replace some of the products on Partner 2 Profit. That is why you see a drop in the Partner 2 Profit Revenue, and a BIG increase in Commission Junction income. Adsense was toned down after a month or two because I felt the aff. programs gave me better revenue then adsense. How ever the new owner can change that back if they wish.

The information I have above in the description is year to date, this should give a better idea of where stuff is coming from both visitors and earnings.

Thanks all for looking, also for those wondering why I am selling I have just purchased my first Dream House...(maybe it'll be my first and only who knows) anyways, while this site has done awesome for me over the past months right now I'm in a crunch and need the funds to close the deal on my new home.

The p2p stats and adsense etc. are showing ok for me here as GIF files...and the month by month traffic stats are here as PDF files.

Are the directories showing empty on your end?
