A Couple Sites and Forums for Sale

As I find myself starting up a family and in turn having less time I've decided to focus on a core couple of sites and sell off some of the others I had good intentions with but not much time to implement.

Please note all domains are with enom.com unless otherwise stated. Payment preferred through PayPal. All sites will have complete access to the current webhosting control panel and ftp info for 1 month for trasfer. Assistance can be provided if needed.

Sites will be posted on multiple sites. First come first served.

1) WebMasterTrader.com - Webmaster Trading Forum / Market

This site is for buying selling and trading webmaster related items and really has good potential. I've gotten a very good Escrow system custom coded that works very simlar to the one at scriptlance.com. My starting offer price is what I put into the site. Site is about 5 months old.

This is another site I purchased and was going to promote in tandem with WebmasterTrader. It also has huge potential but I just haven't had the opportunity to get it started. This site could fit many niches and could do really well. I'm starting my offer price at what I have invested. Site has been running on vbulletin for about 5 months.

Traffic is pretty good and sales have been increasing. Now several (3-5) per month. Revenue varies on the item sold. Adsense varies but is not considerable.

4)WikiWhat.com - Static Wikipedia encylopedia

This site is less than a year old and is steadily increasing in Google. It is a static copy of wikipedia content and is almost 1 Gig of pages.
