I am taking offers on CuteOrNot.com, a photo rating site for men, women and pets. The site has been online since earlier this year and averages 1000 unique visitors monthly. The code is custom made and comes with the domain name. You also receive the entire database of existing photos.

This site was launched earlier this year and I had it custom-programmed. I just have not had time to deal with the site at all, so all I have been doing it moderating images when submitted. 230 people have registered with 181 images in the database. I decided that my other projects take up more than enough time, so it is time to put this baby in the hands of someone who can take it to the next level.

I can't give login to the admin tool, but I took some screenshots.
