I own and developed phpphotopost.com. If you look at phpphotopost you will see the only thing the same is the upload box which is a common function I use on all of my image upload sites. Photopica has lots more functionality...

Is there any way to build in a "tiered" system of users. That is, some which cost money and some which don't? If so, please PM me how this would work, and consider the site "sold" at BIN.
