English based forum!

Google analytics showed approximately daily visitors: 80-110; you can see its graphs:

it has already entire structure, and branches, members with threads and topics!
G.A. graph shows 85% of new visitors, therefore more and more visitors are coming to the site.

I am selling this due to my server, i have few other bigger forums, do not have too much time for spending on it.

i have used Google adsense on the site as well, not too many clicks daily!

i am going to show you the stats from Adsense!

(it have not have the license yet! i was not 100% sure for its profit before i started, therefore i did not spend money for buying its license! those graph show it will have a good future and profit by developing it. i am going to buy one, or the future owner is going to buy it.)

The sale includes everything, domain and site and its database and its design and design of template for showing adsense and so on. i think this month it is going to be 200$ for ads from adsense (Nov. 2006).

for adsense code, it is just easy to change by replaceing my id into you id.
that is all.

it does not have PR yet. it is a new forum, it has some backlinks i think: such as from: namepros, dnforum ... and some others.

As much of its profit: (people used to calculate the earnings x 16 future months = the selling price)

but i will Start it with: US $1000,
BIN increasing US $100 or more!

Nice forum. I had a few questions.

1. How did you first advertise the site and how are you advertising it now?

2. Is that a pre made skin or a custom skin?

i advertise the site in few forums,
and i used add into signature areas.
and then i have also advertise it on my blogs, friends' blogs and my friends also tried to advertising it. because they are students from my school , this is the major reason i started it. but now it seems that they do not have much time for spending, and me too. therefore plan to sell it.

the skin is from one of my friend, i am not sure weather its designed by himself or not.

i saw it, and then i liked it and used it

i am going to upload its stats from adsense and analytics ...and so on!

So it is running a nulled version of vbulletin right now?

What will need to be done in order for the new owner to install their own legit version of vBulletin so everything remains legit and compatible.

Btw, i was telling the truth.

it is not a nulled version, it is from my another site's structure.
i moved my another huge forum into my new server.

then left its data, then i cleared them and rebuild this forum on its base.
