This is an auction for iMeep.com. The domain, the code, the site, the design, the registered users.
iMeep is a service that randomly connects two individuals using the website and pairs them in a live chat. They don't know who they're talking to, that's the mystique. They can exchange information, and even pictures and other information (using the included chatting commands provided). Aside from simply chatting with other indviduals from around the world, you can 'Chat Spy' on what they're actually saying. The Chat Spy feature (linked to at the top of iMeep.com) displays a random real-time conversation between two other users. Users DO NOT need to register to use the iMeep service however if they register they are able to change many settings, including user interface and muting sounds etc. In addition to the Chat Spy feature, there is a SHARE feature which allows people to share their new, interesting chats with the rest of the world (shared chats are featured on imeep.com/share.php) where others can view them and enjoy them as well. Therefore, if someone has experienced a memorable or funny chat, they are able to share it and have other users link to the share (raises
PR and daily uniques). There is also a Talk Back page which allows people to participate in easily-editable polls (if the poll seems dead it is because i just changed the topic).
The site is powered by AJAX. It was coded by myself only, no other individuals were included in the creation of iMeep. Buyer to offer highest offer, and who receives the site, will be the only owner of iMeep (multiple copies are NOT being sold). They would have full ownership over the domain, design, work, and registrees' details. The service, as previously stated, is powered by a unique AJAX concept I designed. The site only required your server to be running PHP and MySQL (even older versions work well). I will assist the buyer with the database transfer and facilitate all that on his/her end. Server usage is minimal for this server. And bandwidth usage is not even considerable.
iMeep has recently received massive public attention, specifically by the news services around the world. It was 'dugg' (digg.com) by over 120+ people, it was featured on del.icio.us, and even Nexopia.com. The largest German news outlet (reaches 30 million people a day), Ehrensenf.de. In fact, they were so impressed by the iMeep service that they featured it in their VideoBlog seen by techies all over Europe. It received a huge spike once featured, and received around 400 uniques or so before that after being up for 2 weeks. As iMeep continues to get passed around the tech news site, the spikes will keep comming back and it will eventually level out at a very nice daily uniques figure. I have not put up Adsense so please do not ask me for revenue stats.
NOTE TO REVENUE-SEEKING BUYERS: I have coded a feature for iMeep where on every given message (every message all the way up to every millionth typed message in an iMeep conversation) a text or image advertisement is appended to the message. That is right, in-chat embedded ads that are shown while the users are chatting, and also show up in Shares and Favorites and Downloaded Chats. This is the most effective advertising method online, period. Advertisers will crave text or image ads to be displayed in every single iMeep chat-- right where they're clicking. The text for the ad and the frequency it appears in chats is easily definable using the admin system.
As for my credibility, you can contact an admin at this form. Mr. Deleted-- however please do not bug him with any questions related to this post unless you are verifying me as a seller/developer. He has enough other things to worry about.
