phpArcadeScript ('the Software') is a copyrighted work of authorship and is also protected under applicable database laws. Lewis Web Development LLC retains ownership of the Software and any copies of it, regardless of the form in which the copies may exist. This licence is not a sale of the original Software or any copies.

By installing and using phpArcadeScript on your server, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Such agreement is either on your own behalf or on behalf of any corporate entity which employs you or which you represent ('Corporate Licensee'). In this Agreement, 'you' includes both the reader and any Corporate Licensee and 'Lewis Web Developments' means Lewis Web Developments, LLC:

phpArcadeScript licence grants you the right to run one instance (a single installation) of the Software on one web server and one web site for each licence purchased. Each licence may power one instance of the Software on one domain. For each installed instance of the Software, a separate licence is required. Modifications to the software or database to circumvent the one-license-one-board rule are prohibited.

You may not redistribute copies or modified copies of any of the files included in the phpArcadeScript distributions under any circumstances.
A phpArcadeScript License MAY NOT BE TRANSFERRED FROM ONE DOMAIN TO ANOTHER. Meaning, if you originally licensed domain1.com and you want to stop using it on domain1.com and start using it on domain2.com, you will have to purchase a new license for domain2.com.

phpArcadeScript may, at its discretion, allow you to transfer your license to another party, providing the license:
- has not already been transferred in the previous 12 months; and
- was purchased more than 30 days in the past.

If you have a valid licence, you may set up an additional test arcade in order to test code, template and database modifications. To make this clear to us and our licence verification procedures, place it in a directory called 'testarcade' and be sure to password protect it. It must not be accessible by the general public.

All customers must submit the DOMAIN NAME where they are using each licence. The DOMAIN NAME must be submitted when placing an order.

The Software source code may be altered (at your risk)

If any of the terms of this Agreement are violated, Lewis Web Developments reserves the right to revoke the licence at any time.

DominoKing, you must purchase a license for InternetFreeGames.com from phpArcadeScript within the next 24 hours otherwise I will request DNF to remove this sales thread as you are selling an unlicensed version of phpArcadeScript which you are not allowed to do and you must remove all forms of phpArcadeScript from InternetFreeGames.com.

Problem was solved site was licenced..

I will confirm Domino_King sent over payment a few minutes ago to license InternetGamesFree.com.

I have also agreed to allow Domino_King to be waived of the required 30 day period before the license for InternetGamesFree.com can be transferred to a new owner as stated in the license agreement.
