Reason for sale:
Need to get enough money together for closing costs and to pay off a loan asap - just found out today that i got approved for a mortgage - so i'm buying a houseSo I have to sell my cash cow.
Started site end of January.
Let the site lag a little - ie no updates - no link exchanges - no advertising etc.,
And it still brought in 1100 a month.
This month I updated the layout - added some new generators - and got back into updating regularly and advertising this past week or so. Advertising methods will be released to purchaser only.
Traffic Stats: Average of 5 to 6k uniques a day - when I let it lag. I've gotten back into it the past while so the past week has been fluctuating between 7k to 14k to 27k yesterday.

Revenue : Originally only used fastclick - then converted to a mixture of fastclick and google.

April was the first month that i split the ads between fastclick and google.
If you live in the US and get a YPN account - then the revenue would be crazy good. I wish I had it thats for sure.

I have a dedicated server that I put my projects on - this isnt the only site on there so I can't say the cost of it per se. It was previously hosted on a shared server - so if you get enough bandwidth - at least 150GB a month then you'd be okay.

Nice site. I am interested... But could you tell me how it is updated... Does it run off a database and does it have it's own CMS?
No CMS.
The site is made up of header/footer for the design - so I just add new content manually. I'm planning on adding a layout cms - so the graphics would then be in a database..but not there yet. Its on my to do list.

I've gotten one 11k offer that I'm considering. Everyone else has said that the most I'll get is 4k.
As such - If I decide not to take the 11k offer then I won't be selling at all and this site will be pulled from offering. sorry for the confusion
