I am offering for sale, DexterBlog.com ... This PR3 site is dedicated to the wildly popular Showtime series featuring Michael C Hall as Dexter Morgan, blood spatter analyst by day and "serial killer with a code" by night. I have owned the domain since 2007. It was fully developed in late 2010.

STATS
It had 10,000 unique visitors last month, and even though the site has not been updated since May, the traffic is still holding steady. Though I do plan a big update to it this next coming week, the site has not been posted on since May and yet still receives a very good amount of traffic, 7,500 uniques for the last 30 days.
MOST of it's traffic is Search Engine traffic.

Monetization
The site is monetized with several affiliates. The best performer has been Netflix, though only a couple sales since implementing it. InfoLinks is also seeing a slow increase in PPC revenue. That said, I have not had the proper time to devote to researching what will convert best for it's traffic sources but the traffic is there and filled with possibilities for the new owner who will take it to the next level and really focus on it's big potential for success.
