I have been offered $5,000 for just the domain name. I've done evaluations and they vary widely. I figured that I would just post it for sale and take offers. Bottom line, it's worth what someone will pay for it.

I am concerned about my dogs too. Honestly, I would be more likely to sell it for less to someone that would take care of my dogs than for more, to someone who wouldn't.

I have had people offer to buy it in the past but it was never the right fit. Whoever buys it needs to be technical and they need to care about the people and their pets.

Sorry, it looks like I had pulled 5/16-6/16 for June before. June is 6/01-6/29 now.

FYI:

July is the busiest month of the year.
Site is built to handle adoptions as well.
Can also handle any type of animal. (We just got our first goat!)

June stats don't look right...there's 738,000 more page views with 83,000 less uniques compared to May. Any explanation?

Not sure. I do know that the June stats are more of an accurate gage for the site than April or May stats, due to the hosting issues and the move to another hosting company. I also ran the stats for May using the raw logs files and Summary, and the June stats were pulled from Smarter Stats. I can run the June logs in Summary and compare, they may calculate differently.

OK I just ran the stats in Summary for June (posted on stats page). There is a HUGE discrepancy between Smarter Stats and Summary! I am going look into it but I'd say that Summary is the accurate one.


OK - just found this report on smarter stats and it is showing daily visitors at 8,500 - 11,800 - new and unique, I am assuming new = unique as well.

Posted detailed weekly report for June and daily visitor reports for June on the stats page.

Anyone that is interested in buying the site is welcome to a copy of the raw logs for June before they purchase.
