I am selling www.dominicmonaghan.org. As you can see from these stats (https://www.dominicmonaghan.org/webstat/), all of the traffic comes from people searching for Dominic and related keywords and not from traffic exchanges or pupunder campaigns. This is pure, organic search traffic.
The site is # 4 on google for dominic monaghan and # 7 on Yahoo.
The site is currently getting an average of 270 visitors per day. I added in the forum in October and it already has 12 registered users. The news system is a basic custom content manager that I wrote. Its insanely simple to use but of course you don't have to use it as you are welcome to do what you like with the site. It also generates search friendly URLS (using MOD rewrite on Apache).
Google adsense revenue varies from 0.50 to 3.50 per day. you could probably increse this by placing the adsense code in a more intrusive place. Current Click through rate is 1.5%. get that up to 5% and you almost triple income. Of course you would make more money with the right affiliate programs.
Everything can be transferred to another server providing it has PHP and Mysql and I will gladly help you with the transfer. Otherwise you can always just redesign the whole thing and just take the name. Its up to you.
