To be honest, I don't know why the search engines like this site so much either. All I can say is that I neither sought to add backlinks, or remove any while I owned the site. Yet, the traffic has greatly increased since January. More than half of the SE traffic is from Jeeves, the rest a mix of the usual, Yahoo, MSN, Google, and the minors. Obviously, I cannot guarantee future performance. The only thing I've done with the site since I have owned it is change the Adsense ads to my own, and change the Amazon affiliate ID in the AWS pages. This site is one of the very few that I've seen that the old saying "if you build it they will come" can be applied to. Anyway, buying a site based on what the Google Toolbar says about it is unwise.
