The site has been around for about a Year now, and currently receives over 400,000 thousand visitors a month.

Total Visitors in March'07: 406455
Unique Visitors in March'07: 339830

Ballz.info is a highly respected entertainment site, with most of the top sites linking to it. Off late natural linking has increased many folds and visitors are linking to the site from their blog posts, forums... etc. The site will only increase in visitors and not decrease.

The site is currently: PR5, with many internal pages at PR3 - PR5.

Now the time has come to sell it, as I can no longer devote anytime to it.

The site has content built over the past one year, but for the past two weeks we have not been able to devote much time to it.

I am currently undertaking offers, and wish to sell the site by April'16.

If anyone is interested, please make their offers in lines of.. the amount of work that has been put into the site. I am not selling this site for X times the monthly revenue, it is being sold on lines of visitors and content quality.

Where are the unique visitors? The title says "330,000 thousand Unique Visitors a month", however unique visitors aren't listed in that screenshot? "Hits" are, however "hits" are the number of files transferred to and from a domain, that's very different to unique visitors?

Unique Visitors = Number of Visits (in the left hand column)

I just noticed the visitor count is 406455 for the current month, that is way above the visitor count quoted in the Title.

Can a mod please correct the visitor count in my title to: 406455

Post a link to server stats for the entire time you've owned it if possible, with referrers. That would be alot more useful than a screencap of totals for one month.

And revenue stats too.

Unique Visitors = Number of Visits (in the left hand column)

They aren't the same thing. The number of visitors, in the AwStats software, means the number of sessions (AFAIK) - however that doesn't mean by different people. The title of this thread is misleading - it says "330,000 thousand Unique Visitors a month" - which isn't correct at all..

Tristan, are you sure awstat does not log a visitor in a 24 hr period? I was told it is for a 24 hr period.

To others, I will post the other shots later tonite. I have been busy with other things.

The visitors column will log a visitor more than once per day. The unique visitors column will not. Pageviews is a simple count of how many webpages are viewed in a month collectively. Hits is really only useful for looking at ways to optimize a page. A hit is logged everytime an element of a page is downloaded (each jpg, style sheet, html file, javascript file, media file, and so on count as a hit).

And of course there is always some portion of over-calculation on stats because of clients who surf through proxy servers and the like, but awstats does a rather good job of minimizing it.
