Forum been operational since 2006, started under a .co.za domain name and recently changed to the .com name. (if you visit the site you will be able to see what the previous domain name was, comes up very high on google rankings) - The sale includes both the co.za and the .com domain name

Google Adsense makes approx $100 every 3 - 4 months.

Currently hosted at GoDaddy and have NO idea how I will change it to your Hosting company as it is all setup and working there.
