The company is established and is making sales every month. We have made hardly any advertising campaigns and all new sales are being made via word of mouth from our current customers. We have setup this company with a rather brilliant reputation, with many brilliant reviews from past or present customers. We have been established since early 2004.

Payment's from customers are next due on the following dates:

I would love to keep my company running and earn money and establish a brilliant foundation but unfortunatly I must let this go for a number of reasons such as I require the money and that I want to spend more time with my family at home and hopefully establish another business near where I live.

The server they are sitting on does not have to be continued. You can either transfer all data from that server to your own or keep the server running (from ThePlanet.com).

All domains related to the company will be also transfered into your name such as:

There isn't much work required from the new owner as all account setup's, payment processing and account information is automatic. A user enters his details, pays for the account and is instantly and automatically setup on your server.

I have no real expenses to be honest as I was using the server mainly for my own personal websites so money was coming off my credit card and not from the business aspects.

Well that was one of the quickest responses I ever got.
1. You are using a dedicated server, which I understand is included in the package. How much does your present server cost? I assume you are not going to continue using it, i.e, sharing it with the buyer, since you offered to allow use of server.
2. I was referring to the "seller" Control Panel, although the users control panel would also be helpful.

The dedicated server will be discontinued unless buyer wants to keep it at which it costs $50 with data backup facility and extra bandwidth.

The control panels are WHM / CPanel / Fantastico.

No demo can be given of the WHM control panel unfortunatly, but a demo of CPanel can be given and is available on our website.

Are you using "Colocation" or something else, since there dedicated servers are more expensive than that. Could you give me the link to the present server package you are using.

How much memory, bandwith, etc.

No, I had a server with them before and as one of there specials I saw the Super Server 2.8GHz from Server Matrix for $50 per month so decided to go with it.

With this thread being so recent, its odd that he's not following up.

I already explained this once.

DNFKing PM'ed me after I sent payment and he completed the transaction. He told me he it was late where he was and that he was going to sleep.

The sale is over, and the items are not on ebay. They are now in my possession. I was the first to post SOLD @ BIN. That means I paid a $200 premium over the minimum bid to avoid confusion like this.
