The admin is good because you can bulk upload a bunch of game files and then just add new games and pick them from a dropdown. It also has category editing as well.

How were these flash games acquired? Are they licensed? Where did you acquire them from?

The games are free. Most of them are from Miniclip.com. They offer their games to web site owners for free. There is no license restrictions on Hosting the games on your own site so they will all simply be transferred to you with the rest of the site.
