As I said earlier, everything is unique and owned by me. Everything was purchased between early February and early March. The forum designs were done by multiple artists and the site design was done by “moobrackâ€.
The site was to be based on what http://www.extremepixels.com has become. Reselling skins at low prices for the general public along with offering custom design work.
Over $600 USD was invested into this. I am in a tight situation for money as I have a trip coming up, and a recent car accident…my second in a year. I am not looking to make this all back, although I would love to.
Offers of $400 USD or greater will be considered. Once again you will be receiving ALL custom work, including logo, web design, domain, 4 uncoded forum skins and 1 coded forum skin.
Please do not waste my time, I am dealing with a large amount of custom work and I will not sell this for nay less than I posted. This is a great deal and a great way to start off a new business.

I will be making an offer this afternoon.
It ranges depending on who you wish to code for you...some coders charge $50 some charge 150$ - yaxay would be the best place to find out how much to expect (I'm sure you could get them all coded for under $200 if you use 1 person).
