http://www.ImageWhiz.com has been running for the whole month of August, and so far has 7,637 page views (meaning a person viewed a PHP/HTML page) and 606,043 file hits (mostly images, includes page views). These are stats up to 23-Aug-2004 15:42 EDT.
This web site, which I fully developed myself (and own copyright to everything except Google AdSense), is a free image hosting service. The only thing I ever did to generate traffic for the site was to add it to the free image hosting directory at free-webhosts.com.
This site has used about 16.5 GB of bandwidth this month. It has Google AdSense advertising on the pages, and this has generated just a few dollars in revenue for the month. The majority of the uploaded images are viewed directly. When you upload an image to the site, you are presented with many URL options. One options displays on the ImageWhiz site with advertising.
This type of site is a great way to advertise products and services. Based on the content of many of the images uploaded, I would say that most visitors of the site are students (high school and college) or graphics artists looking for an easy way to get their portfolio samples online.
The content of ImageWhiz.com is very basic. Not many graphics, no flashy banners, etc. The purchase of this site includes:

- currently hosted images
- Image Hosting System (PHP & MySQL required)
- hosting for one month for transitional period
- free updates to system
- control panel

Resale rights are not included. I retain copyright to code and right to resell system.
This complete package is $350.00.
You could purchase the Image Hosting System by itself for $150.00. Although you are not getting a fancy site for the $350, you are getting a complete, running web site with existing users and regular traffic.
I also have some other "image hosting" domain names with which I could create a new site for and sell for $300.00 each. These names are freeimageserver.com and imagearrow.com. For $300.00, you would get the same deal as above, but without the existing traffic that ImageWhiz.com gets.
I will only accept PayPal for payment. I have previously used sedo.co.uk as an escrow service to sell sites, and I can do it again, but I have to add $50.00 to the cost to cover fees.
