FurtherHealth.com PR4 300 visits/day from natural SERPS

Hi

I am selling FurtherHealth.com

It is a PR4 site with original health related articles. All traffic is derived from natural SERPS:

June 2007 UV's: 4130
July 2007 UV's: 4252
August UV's 2007: 4375
Sept 2007 UV's to date: 4157

No promotion such as link building or paid search has taken place with this site and it hasn't been updated for about a year.

Adsense earning were about $66 in August without any optimisation or development as the site has been left alone since late 2006.

Reason for sale: The site no longer fits in with our portfolio, hence being left to stagnate, despite constant SERPS derived traffic levels.

Sale includes these domains, held at NameCheap.com:
FurtherHealth.com (regged until 2011)
FurtherHealth.net
FurtherHealth.org
FurtherHealth.co.uk (buyer pays any transfer fees)

Asking price: Willing to consider reasonable offers by PM.

If the buyer is subject to UK VAT, this will have to be added to the purchase cost as we are VAT registered.

it looks like the PR might go down, since very few google recognized backlinks. plus, a bit out of date; would need some work.

why are you selling it?
does it run on a CMS, or is it all hard coded?
are any of the articles unique? are there any unpublished articles you have?

For no other reason than we haven't got time to give it the attention it deserves as it doesn't fit in with our mainstream business.

Its been PR4 for a long time so I guess the PR might go down, however all the daily visitors come from natural SERPS so it ranks well for many search terms. Yes it does need some work.

It runs from a database via mod-rewritten PHP pages. The blog uses Wordpress.

are any of the articles unique? are there any unpublished articles you have?

All the articles are unique. There are no other unpublished articles available, however I can put a purchaser in touch with the Yoga and Ayurveda expert who wrote many of the articles.
