This sale is for Gamefray.com
It is a custom built, social network for gamers. It has over 17,000 members, and 2,400 clans/groups listed. The website traffic is at 300 visitors a day. In its glory days, the website was very successful. But due to the lack of funds to upgrade the appearance, new user options, etc, the website has really died down. Gamefray could be an extremely successful website if put in the hands of the right person. Because the traffic is minimal, think of the sale as buying the foundations and building blocks to a great website.
The website has many great functions, like customizable user profiles, clans, messaging, and more. The best way to look at the functions would be to create a member user account.
It also has an administrative area. That performs things like clan management, user management, IP bans, messaging, and more...
I really wanted to make Gamefray a success, but unfortunately the funds went dry, and I could not offer anything new to my members.
I will consider offers of $xx,xxx or more.
If you have any questions, please feel free to ask.

How many members are active? How fast is it growing?
Alexa stats aren't great at 3,455,931 but I like the design and the concept is nice. Nice name too, just not sure on the price at the moment.
Just a couple of questions, when was it launched and how was it mainly promoted?
May get back to you.

I assume no revenue? Why ask for $xx,xxx then? What is the reason behind your asking price?
