Site recieves around 100 visits a day, see screenshots below for proof. Comes with a custom design that hasn't been integrated yet, you can see it here. PSD to the custom design is not included but won't be used on any ther website. Buyer will have to integrate design into script and move files from my server.

Price lowered to $100 for the next 24 hours. The custom design needs to be integrated by buyer, please don't ask if I can do this or how hard it will be.

Buyer will get cPanel login info to move files to there server, hosting is not included.

Please assume no revenue since the adsense banner on the site is not channeled.
