Garden Network : BackyardLandscaping.Net + Other Websites - Revenue / Traffic Sale

I have decided to sell a garden network of sites which I have developed. I lack the motivation to see them continue to grow and increase in revenues. The URL's include:

www.garden-bench.com
www.plantstand.info

The network in it's entirity is generating about 8,000 page views per month and $5 in adsense revenue per day. All the traffic is generated through the free SERPs and link traffic. I have never paid for advertising on other sites or PPC, so basically apart from Hosting there are no expenses to take into account. I also have not sold any links on the site network.

BackyardLandscaping.net is definately the largest and most profitable site in the network. (it actually makes up the bulk of the traffic and earnings) This site was launched in Feb '06 and consists of about 87 content pages, of which about 12 pages are PLR articles and the rest of them are unique (the bulk of the articles).

The other two mini sites (garden-bench.com and plantstand.info) consist of all unique content.

All sites are well indexed in all major search engines and rank for various keyword phrases.

Traffic and revenue screenshots can be sent to interested parties.

I am considering offers within the 12-15 months range. This sale is suitable for someone who has an interest and is passionate about gardening. If you continue to write quality content on the network, traffic and earnings will only continue to increase. You have a good base to work from.
