The site has about 28 Members. Domain is registered with GoDaddy and expires in June of 2004. I will give access via FTP/cPanel to back the site up as it will need to be moved to your server. What you see is what you get, currently not earning any $, both the Forum and Chat script are freeware.

Reason for selling : No time to maintain/promote

Considering all offers over $100, name only when dropped reached over $100 on NW.

If you have any ?'s shoot, I have nothing to hide

please post ?'s here as others might benefit from the answer as well.
