Turn off the search preferences because when you click your own result (and I can see that you did from the picture) you'll find it climb a little. Either use a search engine position tool (this one is good http://www.iwebtool.com/search_engine_position) or turn off the search preferences.

no, it probably has something to do with you getting results served from a different datacenter becuase you are in europe
