GT Web's Cleaning Out His Closet Sale (GTRides.com, AudiForum.ca, etc)

Alright everyone, I am clearing out a bunch of sites that are sitting around not doing much of anything at the moment.

http://www.GTRides.com - $1500

100+ pages of unique content all with decent Google PR's. Traffic was around 400 visitors per day but has fallen off to around 100 per day over the last couple months. Revenue was around $3 per day but has dropped to around $1 daily since the drop in traffic. Site is 2 and a half years old and has tons of potential in terms of improved SEO and marketing.

www.Grunge-Videos.com - $100

Around 20 visits per day, I started this site a while back and never finished it. Ranks pretty high on MSN for a bunch of related search terms.

www.TheKillers.info - $150

Very popular rock group who just released their second CD. The site is very simple as I really haven't done much with it. Traffic is around 20 visits per day coming from search engines.

www.SkiHills.info - $500 for the Entire Network

Another project I never got to finishing. Network contains 21 domain names listed on the SkiHills.info home page, 9 of which have been already developed. Remember traffic will rise once ski season begins in a month or two. The entire network is currently getting around 500 visits per month.

PHPBB forum, 1726 posts, 787 members. I haven't done anything about this forum in a long time, but members continue to sign up daily.

MyBB forum, 2906 posts, 277 members. Another somewhat abandoned forum just waiting for a new owner to breathe some life into.

MyBB forum, 3081 posts, 254 members. Probably my favorite of the three car forums, lots of interested users.

If you are interested send me a PM and I'll show you what I have.

I'm not sure why traffic is down (revenue is down because of decreased traffic). It dropped in Google and Yahoo recently, but with the amount of unique content on the site someone with good SEO knowledge and experience can get that site back up to 400-500 visits per day pretty easily.

I wont sell TheKillers.info for less than $100.

I certainly wont go lower than $1100 on GTRides.com.

If you are looking to buy it at X times monthly revenue - dont. This site has tons of unique content, history, incoming links and Google PR. There is much value above and beyond current traffic and revenue.
