looking to sell www.gt5.info becuase well.. i need money

Pr4 homepage
pr3 and pr2 inner pages
indexed by all major search engines
good rankings in all major search engines
traffic has been steady for months and is increasing by word of mouth
42 registered users
cannot prove how much revenue this site has made through clickbank.com as they dont tell you where you made the sales. which kinda sucks becuase i believe it was this site getting me the sales
