up for sale. It comes loaded with great ORIGINAL content, and also comes up highly-ranked on a search for Pinot Gris (out of over 2 million sites - Google).

Yahoo #3 overall for Pinot Gris (no quotes).
MSN #4 overall for Pinot Gris (no quotes).
Google - Page #4 for Pinot Gris (no quotes).

Current PageRank for the site is zero, although it apparently just moved into the Top 50 results for Pinot Gris searches on Google, so it very well may be moving up.

The site has over 150 yahoo backlinks according to marketleap.com

The site has received 144 hits in September so far, with 3 clicks.
August stats were 149 hits and 1 click.

Last chance before I take this off the market...
I did get an offer in the $100 range, but I'm looking for something closer to my asking price.
The site has a new design up as of last night, but it still needs a few tweaks.
