I have owned this site for about six months. The site has been up for about 1 year in all:

It is a small hockey site with a dedicated community. It is currently run by a volunteer. I can't promise that he will continue to run it. What the community is looking for is someone to bring in more hockey fans to expand it. So this might be a good site for someone that either loves hockey or has other hockey sites. The site is not just about professional hockey, but rather about many aspects of hockey such as playing in leagues, etc.

The site makes little revenue at this time. Adsense doesn't work very well with this site so far.

Last month the site got 1104 impressions according to google adsense.

There are about 566 references to thehockeylounge.com in google. It has a google page rank of 3.

I'm not making any guarantees about the traffic or revenue of this site. In this sale the buyer gets the domain name, the web site and all rights to content of the site. The theme is a custom skin and you get that as well. I'm not selling the vbulletin license with the site as I plan to use it with a different site.
