Hospitalist is the fastest growing physician specialty in the last 10 years. It started in the mid 90's, by 2005 there were 10000 hospitalists and there will be around 25,000 hospitalists by 2010. They take care of hospitalized patients.

I got an offer by email for $237 then few days later for $750.
