has there been any Trademark problems? I know IBM is not very nice when it comes to dealing with TM issues. Also, what is the primary promotion method? Is it google adwords?

Regarding TM issues - I'll look into it with the owner and will get back to you on that, but to be honest the domain has been there since 1999
