I have for sale a near one of a kind site dedicated to image Hosting providers, once again a fast growing segment of the free hosting industry. Great keyword domain, "image host" has great overture and Google keyword results. The site will easily have good rankings with more promotion and link work. It is using the Hot Links SQL script that can be found at http://www.mrcgiguy.com/ , it is set in HTML mode and is very search engine friendly to the site and the links submitted. This is a $89.95 value for the script alone. The site also features a professional logo and comes with a 468X60 banner, a $50.00 value for both. The site averages about 1-2 submissions a day and also includes a Google spider tool that you can use to dump results straight from Google into the directory. The script has provided over 3000 hits out to those listed in the directory.

Traffic: The site has not been fully promoted so traffic is light, it receives between 10-15 uniques a day. This is uniques to the index page only using statcounter.com. (awstats shows about 25 uniques a day) There are links in from other sites using their tracking code which are not accounted for.

Revenue: It has made 15.90 using adesense since July 8th, again not much promotion has been done, I think adsense will explode with more traffic as the CTR is actually pretty good considering the lack of traffic. It has built in searchfeed content, it has made about .19 total, but .10 of that is from Oct so it is increasing, you can sign up for a searchfeed.com account and just change your id in the control panel to switch it over. It has one paid advert spot, you can see in the left column, that expires in 15 days or so. The site has sold 3 advert spots total at 5.00 each. It has also earned about $2.60 cent from the mrcgiguy.com affiliate program when people click on the link at the bottom of the page.

Promotion: Not much, it is listed in my sig on some forums, search engines are spidering the site so I have never submitted the site to any search engines, I dont remember submitting it to any directories either. one of the strengths of the script is the optional reciprocal linking from submissions. It gets a lot of sites pointing to it.

Google PR Currently at 0, still a new site at 3 months old, some "future page rank tools" such as the one at iwebtool.com has it being a 3 or 4 on next update, there are currently 611 links in google for the site

Search engine traffic: The site does receive search engine traffic, most of it from MSN and Yahoo
