But more importantly................. Does the creator of the script know about this site and give full written permission to run it using the name of their script?

Yes, this is a serious sale. No, we do not offer the software system for sale. The site and domain are being offered based on the growth in popularity of this software system.

The site is clearly indicated as being independant and not affiliated with the software publisher and serves as a stand-alone community for people interested in sharing their experiences (pre and post-purchase) for the software.

As for intellectual property issues, a search of the USPTO trademark database reveals no existing entries for the term "k-rate".
