Revenue details: The site has consistently made about $500 - $700+ a month in adsense revenue for many for several months now. This is done with out much optimization at all. I also have some that purchase a link in the Partner's box which may account for an additional $25 - $50 a month in income. There was one last month for $25.00.

There is much potential for this amazing dog forum and traffic will go grow quickly with the right kind of promotion. Running 3 "Big Boards" I simply don't have the time for this project anymore. The staff is absolutely amazing on the site, and I have a fantastic assistant admin (volunteer) who leads the site and handles all member issues (only emailing or PMing me with questions occassionally). She is so great to work with I will actually be giving her $500 from the sale of the site (to show her my gratefulness) and I will assure the new owner her cooperation upon the transfer of ownership. You see I maybe only visit the site a few times a week now days, yet I have complete confidence in her to handle things. The site really needs a new owner (that will work on the site and promotion) and a new design. I would guess a new design alone would sky rocket growth.

Expenses: None as I have this on one of my dedicated servers. It would need a large shared plan or a VPS to run IMO. Maybe $20-$50 a month.
