Do you mean refferal fee , like how much you make per sale?
If thats the case , you can set the control panel to sell domains and Hosting at the price of you choice , at the $9.95 domain you make 2.20 per domain
You can also set the price higher or lower , you also have the option to set all the prices on all the items,
