site is a little over 1 year old, all content is unique

revenues ytd are over 20k

expenses less than 500 month

ranks google 1st or 2nd page for:

home loans
refinance loans
loan rates
mortgage quote
hawaii mortgage refinace
low rate mortgage

etc.

all traffic is organic

I see sites that sell for multiples of 7 -10 years all of the time. If you dont believe this is a fair price you can look at other sites or domains.
