I am looking to purchase websites that are profiting off of Google's Adsense.
Things I will need to know in detail:
1) Traffic... how many uniques a day? How long has this # been at its current state?
2) Profit from AdSense... and the length of its consistency.
3) What you do in regards to advertising.
4) Length website has existed.
5) Your asking price.... I want an actual number. This is important.
6) Misc. Information you deem important.
I can pay via paypal. As long as the seller isnt someone who only has like 5 posts here, I will send payment first, wait until it clears, and after you have all the $$$, then send me your website. Exceptions for sales in the 4 digit range.
Budget: $x,xxx however I am looking to spend in the $xxx range in these buys.
Feel free to contact me on AIM, however, due note that I will not make any spontaneous purchases on AIM.

Only if I could make a decent profit with adsense on them (IE: Traffic & Content).Originally Posted by Sub

Note:
Please read "Google's Adsense Policy" regarding the disclosure of Adsense revenue.

I understand that you are prohibited from disclosing any "statistics relating to Site performance in the Program provided to You by Google" however, I do not deem this vital.
If you do not wish to reveal your earnings, I am perfectly okay with that, however, there is very little chance I would purchase a website without knowing their revenue.
I am seeking those willing to divulge their earnings on this private forum, through a private message (or other means of confidential contact) in order to further the sale of their website.
The "Note" I posted is for those who are considering divulging "Adsense" revenues, and are NOT aware of the restrictions.
It was in no way intended to "curb" the possible replies to your request.

Transaction completed with HHH a few days ago. A good seller.
Still waiting from cwsteam to transfer the domain.
Sale with asco2004 canceled because he tried to scam me (lied about profits, stats, contradicting himself then lieing more etc.).![]()
I'm still loooking for more sites to purchase.![]()
Was looking for a good example as to why so many here will not violate the G TOS and you will get far fewer good websites for sale replies than normal, even via more personal means, when I ran across this picture book example post!Originally Posted by PCplay
What if you got so mad at asco2004 that you sent what he told you about his adsense earnings to Google? Not that you would do that but some may be tmpted to do so. G could then close his acct and even keep any unpaid money in the acct by violating the TOS.
Anyone interested in selling an Adsense site should email Google asking them what is appropriate. They do respond and will generally allow you to reveal certain stats to potential buyers. Ask first...
pm sent..
I'd assume that a NDA (Non Disclosure Agreement) signed by the buyer will be sufficient.Originally Posted by HHH

I am still awaiting payments. The echeck you sent was supposed to be cleared today but it seems it returned uncleared and says new date of clearing is 9th Nov.
What do u say ?

IMO, no. I am sure the G TOS does not say it is OK if there is a NDA.Originally Posted by nsusa
