I am selling SeekScout.com
I bought it a year ago for $3,000 it has nice traffic to it and a nice PR from Google. I have not spent one minute on it since I bought it so the numbers did go down a little but the site has a lot of potential in the hands of the right owner. If you are interested please make me an offer.

good search engine position , go to http://www.mikes-marketing-tools.com/ranking-reports/ and put in www.zipsearch.us and keywords "free website advertising" and also "website advertising" , comes up in top 10 positions on many other keywords as well, like "zipsearch" .

also listed in DMOZ directory.

currently not charging for clicks , giving away traffic for Hosting zipseach searchbox , creates many search queries from users., you can charge for clicks if desired , has paypal payment gateway.

site earns about $30 to $40 a month from google adsense on every page displayed and revenue pilot in top 2 search positions in results.

also has opt-in newsletter started as of late , getting opt-ins.
