Register Today on DNForum IT'S FREE!I posted this thread up a few weeks ago and although i was inundated with emails from potential investors i had to put things on hold until i got the paperwork sorted out. Anyway, now that's sorted and i'm ready to get started.
What is the website about?
As usual, i don't want to go into to much detail in this thread. So i will post a small extract from the business plan, if you're interested in making an investment please contact me and i will send out all of the relative information.
Send2 in a nut shell is essentially a free sms text message website with a whole host of unique features that makes it stand out from it’s limited competition.
How will the investment be managed?
I'm going to setup an LLC for the company and a separate business account to manage income / out goings. Everything will be down on paper and official. You will be in constant contact with myself and my accountant at all times if you have any questions about anything.
What sort of investment are you looking for?
In total i’m looking for a $50,000 investment for 40% of the business. The expected ROI from a $50k investment in the first 6 months works out to $74,012 NET. Check the excel spreadsheet for more information on ROI figures.
I am also open to smaller investments however i won’t be entertaining investments smaller than $1,000.
Will i have to be actively involved with the website?
No, i will be in control of everything. You will just have your finger in another pie. You can sit back and reap the rewards.
Who are you? Do you have any experience?
Contact me and i will go over my past experience in this market with you.
If you're interested drop an email to jon (at) 2stack.com. You are much more likely to get a reply if you send me and email rather than a PM as i don't visit the forums very often. Please only contact me if you are serious about making an investment, i won't be giving out any information to time-wasters.
