The idea behind the site is that if people have money in their Moneybookers account for example, and they want to transfer it to PayPal, they send us their moneybookers cash and we send them cash by PayPal.
We offer exchanges between PayPal, Moneybookers, E-Gold, Cheque (Check) and Cash.
A fee is taken from the amount people want to exchange to make profit.

About the site
The actual site is an installation of Joomla ontop of which I wrote all the code to make and manage the exchanges. The exchanges are in a mysql database. E-mail are sent automatically. A cron job which runs daily also sends payment reminders, makes exchanges expire if we haven't received payment in over a week etc.
