His early works include an experimental adaptation of Chekhov’s Cherry Orchard inspired at least partly by Robert Fripp. His totally irrelevant M.Ed. dissertation examines Organizational Culture and Change Management.

Oh, I see. Guess it was my misunderstanding.
I see 7 incoming links at marketleap, no alexa ranking, and no ovt results. Can you PM me the referal stats page? Where is this traffic coming from?
