The news sites above are fully automated and require php / mysql and cron jobs (a regular cpanel shared server will do the job). If you require installation, I could have our tech install it on your server for 15$ per site. However, it's pretty easy to install (php/mysql)

All domains come with the content currently online (scripts / database) and are unique design domains (no templates etc). The banner sites come with the flash application which is licensed to the domain.
