    Hey guys, I MUST sell my webmaster forum because I need cash!!

    Developed site, custom skin, owned vbulletin license, installed scripts including vbchat and Ushop, comes with a non custom skin as well for user choice. Domain was purchased at DomainTurn.com from the dnforum member here. 109 members and growing (average of 3 signups per week). I can prove this vb license is not fake works for me, i'm happy to do so for buyer. Stats average 80 uniques a day, sometimes more, sometimes less. Revenue is unknown, as for I do not have an adsence account because they require a SSN # and I hate giving out private information such as that.

    I think they are required to ask for this information for tax purposes...

    Employer Idenfication Number.. same as SSN but for companies.

    I am Canadian so I might not be the best person to help you out, but my first guess would be that you need an incorporation.. at least that's what I'm doing right now to get one..

    You need to setup a company in the us and then request the ein. cost for ein are small, if you are an american, if you are from abroad it cost you a couple of hundered dollars.

    Setting up a company and getting a EIN requires some paperwork with the governement and $50 if I remember right. You then must also file taxes for that EIN, but if your company makes less than $25,000 a year you are exempt from local taxes in most states...you will still be required to file federal taxes though I believe.
