I must ask: Why should I buy this site when it will only cost me money all the time with the free file storage etc?? Do you earn money from it?
You will make money from adds. Most likely you will pay less for the Hosting and recieve more from the advertisers.

I have a dedicated server so I don't have specific hosting expenses for the site. And those expenses are relative to who you get your hosting or server from anyways.
