I have to pay taxes for my business and unfortunately this site is the first thing to go to get me money.

What the site is:
MyPCMod is aplace for people that mod computers to post there computer show it off and have it rated. Users can post comments, rate the computer and discuss things in the forums. There is a tell a friend feature also. The site has a fully functional control panel to manage users, posts, comments and images. I had many other planned features I didn't have time to do that I will gladly share with the buyer. The site has a PR of 4 and is listed in google. I recently started posting news on the main page to help with SEO. I dont have time to keep it updated but with someone dedicated im sure it will help a ton.

The site gets on average about according to urchin stats in the past 2 months averages 110 uniques per day and 1,046.81 page views per day. I can provide alogin for urchin stats upon request but only for serious offers.

As im unsure what the site is worth I know for sure I won't take less than 1,000 as I've invested that much into it.
