I am selling this after pushing traffic up and now it gets 16,500 daily page views and about 300 daily visitors.

You can see month to month how well the site is growing. I have not spent 1 cent on advertising but I have linked it and promoted it very lightly. It has a great template which I can't say is unique or not (sorry) since I bought this months ago and simply can't recall.

The site is only 2mb and runs a perl based CGI script. This will setup on your server in about 3 minutes. I can do it for the buyer on request. The log files grow pretty large though from all the pages but you can just deleted them or compress them often. The site requires no maintenance.

There is a simple admin tool for...
1. viewing logs (last 100 page requests)
2. editing the header and footer of the proxy browser (you can ad adsense)
3. ban sites that you do not want it to display
4. ban extension file types such as MP3's or EXE's

Currently the site has no revenue because I only just recently added adbrite. I run a banner exchange in the footer which you can continue or replace. I had adsense on it months ago and made about .50 cents a day but this was when the site was doing about half the traffic it does now. I would consider putting it back on but my server resources are getting to be a problem. I used 750 megs of bandwidth last month and I have a project that's gonna push that above my limit. My host will charge me $100 per 100gb...ugh. So something has to go. I am gonna start with this. I bought this on a whim...maybe you will too.
