likley lot of dead links on the the directory, at $40 and 245 hosts, not checking them. Got several reported to me last night. I think site is one of the best buys I've ever put out, but I'm not maintaining a site of this size to sell for $40. Script seems to work great, but I'm not keeping it up to date, checking links, approving hosts.....

No offense ianhead don't mean that at all. I just can't keep up with 50 turnkeys and track them that I sell for $20-$40.

Yes the new owner would need to check all links, perhaps make affiliate links on sites they could. If I planned on keeping I sure would, but I have a bargain out there at $40, so until I change mind site sits for sale as is for $40.
