I am selling www.websitesalescontract.com which sells legal contracts for people buying and selling websites. The site sells three different contracts starting at $14.95 for the very basic contract up to $69.95 for the complex contract that has non compete agreements and intellectual property clauses.

All three contracts are custom contracts that were created by an attorney for me. As far as I know there are three competitors but one of them I used to own and he does not seem to be marketing the site at all.

There is a big market when you consider how many sites for sale each day on ebay, *********, digitalpoint, namepros, sedo, and several other brokerage type sites. The sites also sells sample terms and condtions, privacy policies, and other legal crap for websites.

This is a new but I have already sold a few contracts by sending PM's to some of the sells that have had BIN offers on their sites on ********* and digitalpoint. I realize this is high price for a newer site but the contracts cost a lot of money in attorney fees and this business could easily do $2k a month if someone wanted to put some marketing behind it.

It is also a great domain name!
