Does it have any current revenue or traffic? Also, does it have an admin panel or anything to approve/remove anyone who spams the short url..etc?

Hi,

The site has very little traffic and as stated in my post "needs some marketing to bring in the traffic". There is no admin area.

yes the site is still for sale the server is down for an upgrade so it will be back up shortly.
